Installation

Preparing the Work Table

Prepare the sewing machine work table according to diagram for semi-submerged type.

Add silicone oil to coolant tanks and apply to felt pieces as instructed.

Draining Oil

Drain oil from the oil pan and replace approximately every three months.

Replacing the Oil Filter

Replace oil filter if oil spray is low or has bubbles; check filter every six months.

Proper Operation

Needles

Select SCHMETZ or ORGAN UY128GAS needles based on material type and thickness.

Needle Installation

Loosen screws, insert needles fully into clamp with indent to the back.

Threading

Follow diagram to thread machine, opening covers and using correct path.

Thread Tension

Adjust tension nut to increase/decrease tension; keep stitch thread tension low.

Adjusting the Stitch Length

Set stitch length by turning pulley and aligning scale with index.
