      If you are experiencing a cartridge error with your Brother Printer, make sure that the toner cartridge is installed correctly. Pull out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly, remove the toner cartridge, and reinsert it into the drum unit. Then, put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the printer. If the problem persists, it may also be caused by using non-genuine supplies, so ensure you are using only a genuine Brother Original drum unit and genuine Brother Original toner cartridge.
