What to do if my Brother HL-1202 Printer shows a cartridge error?

  If your Brother Printer displays a cartridge error, it might be due to the toner cartridge not being installed correctly. Remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly, then take out the toner cartridge and reinsert it into the drum unit. Replace the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine. If the issue persists, it could also be that you are not using a Brother Original toner cartridge. Ensure you are using only a Brother Original drum unit and Brother Original toner cartridge.
