Adjustment of Timing belt tension
1. Remove the front cover.
2. Loosen the pan head screw (S/P washer, M4 x 10) on the tension pulley assembly.
3. With a force of 1.96 N (200 g) pushing on the center of the belt, adjust the tension pulley assembly position for a
deflection of 4 - 5 mm.
4. Tighten the pan head screw (S/P washer, M4 x 10) on the tension pulley assembly. (torque : 1.18 - 1.57N · m)
