  If the DATA indicator is lit but your Brother printer isn't printing, it could be due to several reasons. First, the printer might still be processing received data, so wait until it finishes. Ensure paper is loaded; if it is, try removing and reloading it. You can also try turning the printer off and on again. If sending simple ASCII text data, the printer may be waiting for a CR/LF command at the end of lines or a form feed command at the end of the last line. Print another page, or press the (Feed) button. Finally, the printer may have started in mass storage mode; in that case, turn it off and on again.

  If the DATA indicator turns off while a page remains in the Brother printer, the computer or mobile device may not have sent a full page of data, or the wrong page size information, or the size of the loaded paper is wrong. Try printing the document again.
