You may decide to reassign base
names/numbers when building
up your telephone system.
Press the MENU button.
Select SETTINGS and press OK.
Select BASE SETTINGS and
press OK.
Highlight the base you wish
to rename.
Press ACTIVATE. Display shows
CHANGE BASE NAME .
Press OK.
Use DELETE to remove the
current name.
Use the keypad to write the
new name.
Press ACTIVATE. SAVE ENTRY will
be highlighted on display.
Press OK. Display shows ENTRY
STORED .
The new base station name will
now show on your Diverse
Deskphone display.
For instructions on how to
de-register a Deskphone which
is registered on more than one
base, please see page 10.

The procedure opposite removes
the registration information from
the Diverse Deskphone only.
On completing these steps you
will need to remove the
information from the base station
as well. See your base station
user guide for instructions.
