      If your BTG Transmitter shows no output signal, first ensure the process is running as usual and pulp is flowing in the pipe. Also, verify that power is supplied to the communication platform. If the issue persists, check the sensor electronics card LEDs. If the CPU LED flashes irregularly, it may indicate a software error, and you should contact BTG Service. If the COMM LED is permanently lit, check the system cable connection. If the COMM LED is off, inspect the wiring between the transmitter and the communication platform. If problems persist, contact BTG Service.

      An unsteady output signal from the BTG Transmitter may be due to a too short time-constant for damping. Increase damping until the signal stabilizes. Alternatively, the stroke time may be too long due to incorrect configuration; in this case, increase the stroke current.
