What to do if Buffalo Tools Portable Generator runs but does not support all connected electrical devices?

  If your Buffalo Tools Portable Generator runs but can't support all your devices, it might be overloaded. Reduce the number of connected devices to stay within the generator's rated wattage. A short circuit in a connected device could also be the issue; disconnect any potentially faulty devices. A dirty air filter can cause problems, so clean or replace it. Finally, check for loose wiring connections behind the control panel and at the generator's end, tightening any loose screws or nuts and ensuring connectors are fully plugged in.

  If your Buffalo Tools Portable Generator's engine runs but produces no electrical output, start by checking the reset button(s) and ensure they are in the 'on' position. Inspect the wiring behind the control panel and at the generator's end for any loose connections; tighten any loose screws or nuts and ensure connectors are fully plugged in. Try a different extension cord to rule out bad connecting wires or cables. Disconnect the currently connected device and try another one to eliminate a faulty electrical device. Inspect the carbon brushes to see if they are worn down and replace them if necessary. Check the AVR for burn spots and replace it if needed.
