  If your Bull Grill isn't operating correctly, there are several things you can check: * First, turn off the gas at the source, set the control knobs to “OFF,” and wait five minutes before trying again. * Also, make sure the burner tubes are correctly aligned over the orifices. * Check for any obstructions in the gas line. Remove the fuel line from the grill (DO NOT SMOKE!). Open the gas supply briefly to clear any blockage, then close the gas supply and reconnect the fuel line.

  A yellow flame on your Bull Grill could be due to seasoning salts, oil film, or other foreign matter on the burner. To resolve this, either wash the burner with a mild detergent or operate the burner at the “HIGH” setting with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.

What to do if the orifice is plugged in Bull Grill?

  If you suspect a plugged orifice in your Bull Grill, remove the cooking grids, flame tamers, and grease tray. Then, remove the burners from the bottom of the grill insert by pulling the cotter pin from beneath the burner peg using a screwdriver or needle-nose pliers. Carefully lift each burner up and away from the gas valve orifice. Remove the orifice from each burner and gently clear any obstruction with a fine wire. Re-install each orifice, re-install burners over orifices and seat each burner peg into the mounting bracket at the bottom of the grill insert. Replace cooking components and grease collectors.
