A. It could be that your boiler requires descaling. Follow the instructions on page 17 to do this. Regular
descaling is the responsibility of the site. If the boiler has not been descaled when our Service Engineer
visits, the service call will be chargeable.
Q. Can I purchase any replacement parts?
