      Your BUSCH Water Pump might be running too hot due to several reasons: insufficient cooling, which can be resolved by removing dust and dirt from the machine; ambient temperature being too high, so observe the permitted ambient temperature; the internal filters (IIF, IDF) are partially clogged, so replace the filter cartridge; or the inlet filter (optional) is partially clogged, so replace the filter cartridge.

      There are several potential causes for a BUSCH Water Pump not reaching its usual pressure. The internal filters (IIF, IDF) or the inlet filter cartridge (optional) might be partially clogged, so replace the filter cartridge. One of the regulating valves (VRV, PRV) could be jammed in an open position, so it should be dismantled, cleaned, checked and reassembled. Alternatively, the vanes could be stuck, so free them or replace them. Also the vanes (VA) might be worn, so replace the vanes. Finally, the felt washer of the discharge valve (DV) might be partially clogged (SV version only), so dismantle the discharge valve and change the felt washer.
