    • E
      Emily DelacruzAug 7, 2025
If your BUSCH Water Pump isn't starting, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the motor might not be getting the correct voltage. You should check the power supply. Alternatively, the motor itself might be defective, in which case you should contact Busch to repair the machine.

    • R
      Ryan BakerAug 12, 2025
If your BUSCH Water Pump isn't reaching its usual pressure, several factors could be the cause: 1. The internal filters (IIF, IDF) may be partially clogged. Replace the filter cartridge. 2. The inlet filter cartridge (if equipped) might be partially clogged. Replace the inlet filter cartridge. 3. One of the regulating valves (VRV, PRV) could be stuck in an open position. Contact Busch to dismantle, clean, check, and reassemble the regulating valve. 4. The vanes might be stuck. Free the vanes or replace them. 5. The vanes (VA) might be worn. Replace the vanes. 6. The felt washer of the discharge valve (DV) might be partially clogged (SV version only). Dismantle the discharge valve and change the felt washer.

      Vanessa CarterAug 17, 2025
Your BUSCH Water Pump may be running too hot due to several reasons. First, check for insufficient cooling by removing any dust and dirt from the machine. Also, make sure that the ambient temperature is not too high and is within the permitted range. Partially clogged internal filters (IIF, IDF) or a partially clogged inlet filter (if equipped) can also cause overheating. Replace the filter cartridge in such cases.

If one of the regulating valves (VRV, PRV) is jammed, contact Busch to dismantle, clean, check and reassemble the regulating valve. Check also for stuck vanes; free or replace them if necessary.
