5.8. Detergent usage
Only use detergents specifically designed for
domestic dishwashers. Keep your detergents in cool,
dry places out of reach of children.
Add the proper detergent for the selected program to
ensure the best performance. The amount of
detergent needed depends on the cycle, load size,
and soil level of dishes.
Do not fill detergent into the detergent compartment
more than required; otherwise you can see whitish
streaks or bluish layers on glass and dishes and may
cause glass corrosion. Continued use of too much
detergent may cause machine damage.
Using little detergent can result in poor cleaning and
you can see whitish streaksin hard water. See the
detergent manufacturer’s instructions for a further
information.
1.
Close the door and switch on the appliance.
2. Within 60 seconds after the appliance was
switched on press the program button for more than
5 seconds to enter the water softener setting mode.
3. Press the program button again to select the
proper set according to your local environment, the
setting will change in the following sequence:
H1->H2->H3->H4->H5->H6;
4. Press the Power button to end the setting mode.

Adjusting salt consumption
The dishwasher is designed to allow for adjustment in
the amount of salt consumed based on the hardness
of the water used. This is intended to optimise and
customise the level of salt consumption.
Please follow the steps below for adjustment in salt
consumption.
5.9. Filling the detergent
NOTE:
Be aware that depending on the soiling of water, setting
may be different.
Please observe the manufacturer's recommendations
on the detergent packaging.

Open the cap by sliding
the button to
the right.
Add detergent into the larger
cavity (A) for the main wash
cycle .
For better cleaning result,
especially if you have very dirty
items, pour a small amount of
detergent onto the door. The
additional detergent will activate
during the pre-wash phase.

Close the flap by sliding it
to the front and then pressing
it down.
