If the motor is running but water does not circulate in the system, reprime the pump (see the spa installation
instructions). Reset the error and wait to see if the problem is resolved.
If the motor is not running, disconnect the electrical supply to the spa, then check that the pump power
cable connection (at the spa pack and the pump terminal) or call your sales agent for assistance.
To reset Error 6: press the 3 keys
, and " PUMP " simultaneously.
Error 7 (Relay stuck)
Call your sales agent for after sales assistance.
Error 8 (no temperature)
This means that there is a problem with the water temperature sensor in the spa shell.
A wire may be disconnected (wire has come away from the circuit board, cable damaged) or the spa pack
experianced an electrical fault. Call your sales agent for after sales assistance. This error can also appear
if the temperature sensor in the heater is disconnected.
