Error 4 (problem with the heater water sensor)
Indicates that:
• The heater water sensor is disconnected from the circuit board.
• The sensor cable is damaged (wire cut)
• Sensor malfunction
Try to reset the system. If the problem is not resolved, contact your sales agent.
Error 5 (temperature too high)
Indicates that the temperature sensor in the spa shell has registered a water temperature over 45°C.
Check the temperature of the water in the spa using another properly calibrated thermometer to make sure
that the sensor is not faulty.
• If this conrms that the temperature is too high (45°C or higher), the sensor is working properly and
the high water temperature could be due to:
• High ambient temperature (42°C or more) coupled with excessive ltration
• The setpoint at the highest possible setting (41,5°C) combined with excessive ltration
• Pump defect (abnormal overheating)
Leave the ltration pump o to allow the water to cool if the ambient temperature would allow for this.
if the temperature of the water in the spa is signicantly below 45°C, this error may indicate failure of the
temperature sensor at the heater inlet. Contact your sales agent.
Error 6 (overheating safety tripped)
Indicates that the heater overheating safety has tripped.
Possible causes:
• Formation of an air pocket around the heater resistor: deactivate water heating and allow the ltration
pump to run for 10 minutes, then reset the error and see if the error resolves.
• In a new spa, excessively high storage or transport temperatures. Reset and wait to see if the
problem is resolved.
• The water is not circulating because the pump is deprimed or faulty.
Leave the heater to cool for at least 15 minutes, then check that the pump is running correctly (motor runs),
and that water is circulating.
