Error 1 (H20)
Signals the absence of water in the heater. This could be caused by :
Absence of, or insu󰀩cient, water in the heater. Press the "PUMP" key, the pump starts up after 10
seconds, check that the pump is running correctly electrically and that water is circulating.
If the pump motor is running but water is not circulating, reprime the pump (see the spa installation
instructions).
If the motor does not run, disconnect the electrical supply to the spa, check the pump power cable
connection (at the spa pack and the pump terminal) or call your agent for assistance.
If the pump succeeds in lling the heater with water, the error is automatically resolved. This operation can
be repeated 2 or 3 times if the rst e󰀨ort is not successful.
An electrical fault, call yours sales agent.
Error 3 (button "stuck")
Indicates that a key on the control pad is jammed in 'contact' position or that a key has been held down for
more than 1 minute. This could be due to :
The isothermal cover leaning on the control pad,
Water that has penetrated into the control panel (membrane cracked...)
Damage to the key panel (pressing too hard, impact)
Damage to the cable connecting the control pad to the spa pack. Try to reset the system. If the
problem is not resolved, contact your sales agent.
