instead of other oils, and it‘s not
allowed to add any additive into it.
It‘s not allowed to add any
additive into coolant, otherwise its
anticorrosion performance will be
reduced and the engine will be
damaged seriously.
The temperature of engine will
rise high when the car runs under
heavy load, it‘s recommended to
flame out after idle running for 2
minutes, so as to ensure effective
heat dissipation of engine.
Be sure to add the gasoline
detergent approved by BYD Company
into the gasoline at regular terms to
keep the car running under good
conditions. Use method of gasoline
detergent is: add the gasoline
detergent at every maintenance
(including the first maintenance after
3500km‘s operation); add 1 bottle
each time (180ml/bottle); add the
gasoline detergent after the fuel tank
is full, don‘t add extra gasoline or
gasoline detergent before the
gasoline in the tank is used up.
For the car having a running
mileage over 20000km and using the
gasoline detergent for the first time,
add 3 bottles (180ml/bottle), and add
2 bottles every 7500km afterwards.
For the regions using ethanol
gasoline, it is recommended to add 1
bottle (180ml/bottle) of gasoline
detergent every other one tank
gasoline is used up.
