addition, it shall be turned on when
the car is moving at an even speed
and engine temperature is normal.
This can make the circulation of
lubricating oil within the refrigerant.
If refrigeration effect of the
air-conditioning system is not as good
as it was before, please visit BYD
authorized service station for
maintenance and add refrigerant
HFC-134a(R-134a) to the system.
NOTICE
 Whenever the air-conditioning
system is inspected, make sure
refrigerant recycling system is
used in the repair site.
 The system can recycle the
refrigerant for reuse as
discharging the refrigerant into
the atmosphere may pollute the
environment.
Dust and Pollen Filter
Dust and pollen filter can remove the
pollen and dust brought in by the air
environment control system inside the
car from the outside world.
Replacement shall be made
according to the time or driving range
specified in the regular maintenance
schedule.
If you often drive in urban district
shrouded by dense smoke from
factories and diesel-powered cars,
replacement frequency of the dust
and pollen filter shall be shortened.
If airflow vented from the air
environment control system into the
car is not as smooth as usual, the
filter shall be replace as soon as
possible.
Replacement
Dust and pollen filter are located
behind the right storage compartment.
1. Open the right storage
compartment.
2. Release the clasp of the side car
door, which is at the right storage
compartment of front row passengers.
