Use a small flat screwdriver to unclip the back plate from the bell push by gently twisting.
Insert the 23A battery into the holder, ensuring correct polarity alignment with internal markings.
Connect the plug-through chime into a standard 220-240V wall socket and switch the socket on.
Press the bell push to check that the chime is correctly set up.
Press the Melody Select button on the chime to cycle through and select desired melodies.
Avoid positioning the Bell Push/Chime near metallic surfaces to prevent reduced operation range.
When mounting on UPVC doors, check performance; internal metal frames may affect operation.
Try adjusting the Bell Push location slightly left/right or on an external wall for better performance.
