Scooter doesn't move when you turn the key, try these steps: * First, ensure the power is on. * Second, switch the scooter to the 'D' (drive) position, then turn the power off and on again. * Third, unplug the charger power cord. * If the battery gauge shows less than 25%, recharge the battery and test again.
