4. Control Panel
Main On / O switch:
Switch to posion “ I “ to power the machine.
Refrigeraon switch:
Posion “ 0 “ = o or to defrost the machine.
Posion “ I “ = Slush or freeze mode.
Posion “ II “ = Cold Drinks or night mode.
Individual Bowl control:
Each bowl has its own controls comprising of two switches.
Switch 1 starts the spiral turning while switch 2 controls the
refrigeraon for each bowl.
Bowl 1 refrigeraon switch has 3 posions, Defrost, slush and cold
drink. This gives the opon of serving cold drinks from bowl 1 while
slush is being served from the other bowls.
To get started.
Fill all bowls to maximum level with correctly diluted syrup then,
Put all switches on posion “ 1 “
Depending on the ambient temperature slush should be ready to
serve within the hour.
Remember to keep it topped up as you serve during the day.
To regulate the rmness of the Slush, Remove the plasc cover on
the back of the machine and turn the wheel to “ + “ for a harder
product and “ — “ for a soer product. Only adjust by small amounts
at a me.
Remember, you are serving an icy drink, not Ice cream.
The thermostat inside controls cold drink mode only.
