4. Control Panel
Main On / O switch:
Switch to posion “ I “ to power the machine.
Refrigeraon switch:
Posion “ 0 “ = o or to defrost the machine.
Posion “ I “ = Slush or freeze mode.
Posion “ II “ = Cold Drinks or night mode.
Individual Bowl control:
Each bowl has its own controls comprising of two switches.
Switch 1 starts the spiral turning while switch 2 controls the
refrigeraon for each bowl.
Bowl 1 refrigeraon switch has 3 posions, Defrost, slush and cold
drink. This gives the opon of serving cold drinks from bowl 1 while
slush is being served from the other bowls.
To get started.
Fill all bowls to maximum level with correctly diluted syrup then,
Put all switches on posion “ 1 “
Depending on the ambient temperature slush should be ready to
serve within the hour.
Remember to keep it topped up as you serve during the day.
To regulate the rmness of the Slush, Remove the plasc cover on
the back of the machine and turn the wheel to “ + “ for a harder
product and “ — “ for a soer product. Only adjust by small amounts
at a me.
Remember, you are serving an icy drink, not Ice cream.
The thermostat inside controls cold drink mode only.
