5. Shung down or night mode.
It is recommended that the machine is switched to night mode at
close of business. If you prefer to switch it o it is important that the
machine is defrosted before switching o.
To defrost before switching o.
Switch the main refrigeraon switch to Defrost, posion “ 0 “. This
will turn o the compressor and the product will start to soen. (You
can sll connue serving during this me).
Leave for 40 minutes then switch the main power switch to posion “
0 “ to turn o the machine.
If possible, just before you switch o completely, Top the machine up
ready for the following day.
Before switching on the next day, take the lids o and, using a large
plasc spoon remove any hard ice present.

Cleaning.
Serving non pre-packaged drinks from vending machines is governed
by the same regulaons as serving food; therefore it is important to
keep the machine hygienically clean.
This should be carried out at least once a week.
Aer emptying the machine remove the dispensing tap and unclip the
bowls, remove spirals and seals. Wash with detergent and rinse.
Re-assemble using a lile lubricang gel provided on the seals.
