Technical Specifications
• Check that the blue LED is lit solid (blinking indicates an error)
• Press the reset button if the screen is flickering or frozen
• Connect a USB-A to USB-C charging cable (Included) to a computer USB port
or a USB charger
• Try a lower video resolution for each monitor
• Close the lid on the connected laptop

• A DisplayPort male to Mini DisplayPort female adapter is included for
connecting to a computer with DisplayPort
• Monitor Port 1: DisplayPort
• Monitor Port 2: DisplayPort
• Monitor Port 3: HDMI
• LED: Blue status

1) Power on the host computer and all displays
2) If computer has a DisplayPort, connect included DisplayPort to mini DisplayPort
adapter to the MST Hub
3) Connect the MST Hub to the computer
4) Connect the USB-C power cable to a wall charger or computer’s USB port (optional)
5) Connect DisplayPort and HDMI cables to the Hub
6) Set the video resolution for each monitor in Windows
7) Choose to Mirror or Extend the host screen
