Use soapy water to detect leaks. Turn off gas immediately.
Procedure to replace a blocked jet without damaging the orifice.
Remove fat from fat pan and wash grid with non-abrasive detergent.
Wash lid in warm water with non-abrasive detergent.
Use low heat, avoid metal utensils, cool before washing.
Unlock, wash in warm water with non-abrasive detergent.
