Enable or disable the stand-by function by proceeding as follows:
1. with the machine switched off, press and hold the dispensing button and simultane-
ously turn on the machine with the 0/1 switch located under the tank. The edge of
the button will ash slowly.
2. to change mode press the dispense button. The button will start ashing quickly. To
conrm deactivation of stand-by, switch off the machine again with the switch under
the tank. When powered back on, a quick ash will indicate that the operation was
successful.
To return to home mode, repeat the power operation and press the dispensing button, re-
membering the ashing modes. Slow ashing indicates home mode (stand-by active) while
fast ashing, professional mode (stand-by disabled).
8. Coffee dispensing
ATTENTION:
only pods with a diameter of 44 mm should be inserted into the pod compartment.
Single-dose pods are designed to dispense only one coffee/product. Do not reuse
them after use. Inserting 2 or more pods causes the machine to malfunction.
The following operations must be carried out in sequence:
1. turn the closing lever from the bottom upwards and insert the pod into the pod-holder
compartment located at the extraction chamber (see g. 8-A);
2. turn the closing lever downwards, to the point where it locks, signalled by a click;
3. place the cup/glass under the coffee dispensing spout (see g. 8-B);
4. in any case check that the indicator light on the button is steady;
