13. Troubleshooting
FAULTS POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
The machine does not turn on
Machine not connected
to the electricity grid
Connect the machine
to the electricity grid
The pump is very noisy Insufcient water in the tank
Top up the tank with
fresh drinking water
The coffee is too cold Temperature probe faulty Contact a service centre
The loading lever does not reach
the dispensing position
Pod inserted incorrectly
Repeat the sequence,
lever in rest position,
lever in dispensing position
The coffee ows out too quickly,
creamy coffee is not dispensed
Used pod
Return the lever to the rest position
and insert a new pod
Grinding too coarse Use a different blend
Old or unsuitable coffee Use a different blend
The coffee is not dispensed
or is dispensed only in droplets
Insufcient water Top up with water
Dispenser clogged
Perform a coffee dispenser
washing cycle
