Why is my CalderaSpas vacanza Hot Tub not working?
    • C
      Charles WoodsAug 19, 2025
If your entire CalderaSpas Hot Tub is inoperative, it could be due to a power failure or the unit not being plugged in. Check the power source to ensure it's properly connected and functioning. Another possible cause is a tripped GFCI. Try resetting the GFCI. If it repeatedly trips, contact a service technician for assistance.

How to fix a CalderaSpas vacanza Hot Tub that does not heat but jets and light operate?
    • M
      Mary PerezAug 20, 2025
If your CalderaSpas Hot Tub does not heat, but the jets and light operate, and the display shows “ =====” with a flashing POWER & READY icon, it could be due to the pressure switch being open. Check for a clogged filter, as this can cause the pressure switch to open. The pressure switch will reset once the water flow through the heater is restored. If the pressure switch trips frequently, contact a service technician.

What to do if jet pump is operating, but water is not flowing from any of its jets in my CalderaSpas Hot Tub?
    • J
      James HendersonAug 30, 2025
If, after filling or refilling your CalderaSpas Hot Tub, a jet pump is operating but water is not flowing from any of its jets, it is likely that the pump is not properly primed. Here's how to prime the pump: 1. Turn off power to the spa at the breaker and remove the equipment compartment door. 2. Loosen the union on the top of the pump to allow the air to escape, then hand-tighten the union. 3. Turn the power back on, activate the pump, and check to make sure the union is tight enough to prevent leaks. Re-install the pump and equipment doors. Alternatively, remove and reinstall the FROG cap.
