1. PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT
The towbar scale is used to determine the support load on the towbar
of your vehicle. The permitted support load weights are printed or
embossed on every towbar.
This device is not designed to be used by children or persons with limited
metal abilities or without experience and/or lack of required specialist
knowledge. Keep children away from the device.
The device is not designated for commercial use.
Utilisation according to the intended purpose also includes the
observance of all information in these operating instructions,
particularly the observance of the safety instructions. Any other

5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Park the trailer on a even, rm surface. Secure to prevent it from rolling
away. Place the end of the towbar scale from below into the mouth
of the trailer coupling. Lift the support wheel to approximately 10 cm
above the ground and lock in place. The trailer is now supported by the
towbar scale.
Read o the support load on the scale.
Lower the support wheel again and remove the towbar scale from the
mouth of the coupling.
Clean the towbar scale using a slightly moist, soft cloth and a mild cle-
aning agent. Ensure that no cleaning agents or liquids enter the towbar
scale. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, solvents, petrol, etc.
