7. Select SET SMOKE and set your smoke
number. Only available from 160°F - 350°F.
8. Open the lid of the pellet grill and leave open
during the entire startup cycle.
9. When the startup cycle is finished the
controller will display the temperature and the
lid can be closed, allowing the pellet grill to
reach and maintain the set temperature.
