How to fix Camp Chef PG24WWSB Kitchen Appliances grill that won't turn on?
    • C
      Cynthia GonzalezAug 18, 2025
If your Camp Chef Kitchen Appliances grill won't turn on even after switching the power button to the on position, ensure it's properly plugged into a functioning outlet. Check the circuit breaker and/or GFCI switch, and test the outlet with another appliance. Unplug the grill and inspect the fuse on the controller's bottom face. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a 4.0 Amp 125 V 5.2x20mm Fast Blow Fuse. Typical fuse markings will be 4A125V, F4A125V, 4A250V, or F4A250V. Confirm that the replacement is a Fast Blow Fuse.

What to do if my Camp Chef PG24WWSB Kitchen Appliances grill does not heat up?

      megantorresAug 20, 2025
If your Camp Chef Kitchen Appliances grill isn't heating up, begin by turning the power off and checking the hopper for pellets. Then, inspect the firebox for pellets by pulling the burner clean-out lever, removing the cup, and checking its contents. If the cup contains many pellets, reinstall it and close the burner clean-out. Remove the grill grates, grease tray, and heat deflector, then vacuum any pellets from the grill's bottom. Restart the grill to see if pellets are dropping into the burn cup but not igniting; if so, the heating rod may need replacement, contact customer service. If no pellets are dropping after restarting, check if the auger is turning. If the auger motor is turning but the auger isn't rotating, the auger pin may be sheared and require replacement.

If your Camp Chef Kitchen Appliances grill ash clean-out is stuck, it may be due to a protectant used on the raw steel that heats up and causes the parts to stick together.
