Driven pulley screw

Pulley holding tool
Apply axial pressure with your hand on driven pul-
ley and maintain during screw removal.
Remove driven pulley screw, locking washer and
washer.
Discard locking washer.

CAUTION
Driven pulley is spring loaded.
Hold driven pulley tight and slowly remove the
driven pulley screw to release spring tension.

Remove retaining ring and lift torque gear.

Remove the driven pulley with the spring and the
cam.
NOTE: The following procedure is not necessary
except if ball bearing or shaft must be removed.
Refer to
INSPECTION
before proceeding.
Heat ball bearing area up to 100°C (212°F) before
removing ball bearing.
