Modify an imagePRESS Server address book
1 Specify or confirm the administrator email address at Configure > Job Submission > Print via email > Email
Setup > Administrator Email Address.

Log into an email application as the administrator specified in the first step, open a new message window, and
apply the plain text format.
3 In the To field, type the email address of the imagePRESS Server.
4 In the Subject field, type the command and the address book name.

If adding or removing addresses, list the addresses in the message field. To add or remove more than one address
at a time, list each address on a separate line.

Send the message.
The imagePRESS Server sends a response message that includes the relevant information.
