Check machine status, firmware, event history, and parts before customer visit.
Verify customer concerns, serial number, and perform COM-TEST.
Check service logs, system software version, and service history.
Inspect image formation and roller counters; reset if parts are replaced.
Inspect transfer, fixing, and filter counters; replace parts at or above 100%.
Create sample copies and test paper feed from all sources.
Clean DADF dust collection tapes, rollers, sensors, glass, and platen roller.
Clean Primary/Pre Transfer Corona Assembly and Dust Proof Glass.
Clean Black and Color Drum and Developer areas, checking bias contacts.
