      If the printer is not operating even though your Canon Camcorder and printer are correctly connected, the camcorder may be set to NETWORK mode. Set the camcorder to CARD PLAY mode.

      If your Canon Camcorder is not charging, it could be due to several reasons. First, battery packs will not charge outside the temperature range of 0 ºC and 40 ºC, so charge the battery pack in temperatures between 0 ºC and 40 ºC. Also, battery packs become hot with use and may not charge, so wait until the battery pack temperature is below 40 ºC and retry charging. Finally, the battery pack may be damaged, so try using a different battery pack.

      If pressing the start/stop button on your Canon Camcorder does not start recording, check the following: 1. Ensure the camcorder is turned on. 2. Load a cassette if one is not already loaded. 3. Rewind the tape or replace the cassette if the tape has reached the end (b flashes on the screen). 4. Replace the tape or change the position of the protect switch if the cassette is protected (v flashes on the screen). 5. Set the camcorder to CAMERA mode if it is set to a different mode.
