Hints and tips are normally shown when you choose FUNC. menu (p. 50)
items. If you prefer, you can deactivate this information.
z Choose [Hints & Tips], and then choose [Off].
Adjust screen brightness as follows.
z Choose [LCD Brightness], and then press the
qr buttons to adjust the brightness.
If you prefer, you can deactivate display of the start-up screen normally
shown when you turn the camera on.
z Choose [Start-up Image], and then choose
[Off].
