Playback
Playback Controls
The following playback types are available using the onscreen controls. Using the joystick, push the joystick to
select the desired button and then press the joystick. For clip playback, you can also use the playback buttons
on the supplied wireless controller.
Clip playback controls
* There is no audio during this playback mode.
Photo playback controls
• During fast/slow playback, you may notice some anomalies (blocky video artifacts, banding, etc.) in the
playback picture.
• The speed indicated on the screen is approximate.
• Slow reverse playback will look the same as continuous frame reverse.
Adjusting the Volume
During playback, audio will be output from the monaural built-in speaker. You can connect headphones to the
× (headphone) terminal to listen to the audio in stereo.
1 During playback, touch the screen to display the playback controls.
2 Select [Ó/].
3 Select [Ø]/[Ô] or [Ù]/[Õ] to adjust the volume and then select [K].
• You can also drag your finger along the respective volume bar.
• You can select the audio channels output from the × (headphone) terminal and built-in speaker (A 110).

Fast playback* During playback, select [Ø] / [×].
• Select repeatedly to increase the playback speed to approximately 5x →
15x →
60x the normal speed.
• During fast playback, select [Ð] to return to playback at normal speed.

Slow playback* Select [Ö] / [Õ].
• Select repeatedly to change the playback speed to approximately 1/4 → 1/8 the
normal speed.

Frame reverse/advance* During playback pause, select [ ] / [ ].
Skip to the beginning of the current clip Select [Ú]. —
Skip to the beginning of the previous

Select [Ú] twice (double tap).

Pause/resume playback During playback, select [Ý] to pause.
During playback pause, select to [Ð] to resume normal playback.

Stop playback Select [Ñ] to stop playback and return to the index screen. —
Playback type Operation
Return to the photo index screen Select [f].
Photo jump Select [h] to display the scroll bar. Select [Ï] / [Ð], or drag your finger along the
scroll bar, to find the desired photo. Select [L] to return to single photo view.
