  This may be happening because you are not holding the WPS button on your router. First press the WP SETUP button at the musicbox Air 3 until the LED ring is blinking alternating green and blue. Thereafter, press and hold the WPS button on your router for the duration of the registration process. Also, make sure that you press the WPS button on your router within one minute after starting the WP SETUP Mode, because the musicbox Air 3 is in WP SETUP Mode for approximately two minutes.

Wait a moment, as the musicbox Air 3 requires up to 60 seconds to initialize the network and to be displayed in the network router. 2. Check that the WLAN adapter of your WLAN-compatible device (e.g. notebook) is activated. Refer to the instructions provided with the WLAN device if needed. 3. Remove the network cable from your WLAN-compatible device, as only a wireless (WLAN) connection is permitted. 4. Ensure the musicbox Air 3 has been set into the manual connection mode by pressing the WP SETUP button until the LED ring blinks alternating red and blue. If it blinks green and blue, the button was not pressed long enough.

  This issue may occur because the distance between the network router and musicbox Air 3 is too high. To solve this, reduce the distance between your router and the musicbox Air 3. Another reason might be that you are operating your WLAN router at 5Ghz instead of 2.4 Ghz, so set your router to the operating frequency of 2.4 GHz. In some cases, the musicbox Air 3 had a “system crash”, so reboot the musicbox Air 3 by switching it off and on again using the POWER button. If required, reset the musicbox Air 3 by pressing and holding the RESET button on the back until the LED ring blinks quickly green (2x per second).
