Why the dishes aren’t drying in my Caple Dishwasher?

  If your Caple Dishwasher isn't drying dishes, ensure you're loading it correctly as per the manual's directions. Avoid emptying the dishwasher immediately after the cycle; instead, slightly open the door to let steam escape, and wait until the inside temperature is safe to touch before unloading, starting with the lower basket. Also, check that you've selected an appropriate program with a sufficient washing time. Note that cutlery with low-quality coating may not dry well and might not be suitable for dishwasher use.

  If you see suds in your Caple Dishwasher, it's likely due to using the wrong detergent or spilled rinse-aid. Only use special dishwasher detergent to prevent suds. If suds appear, open the dishwasher to let them evaporate. Add a gallon of cold water to the bottom, close the door, and select any cycle to drain the water. Repeat if needed. Also, immediately wipe up any rinse-aid spills.
