A regularly scheduled maintenance
program will pay big dividends in
machine life, performance, and avoided
downtime.
Check grease fittings regularly and
replace any that are clogged or missing.
Below you will find a Lubrication
Schedule that will give you the
recommended frequency for lubrication.
Next you will find specific locations of
the grease points.
Use a hand operated grease gun.
Lubrication Schedule
Use Texaco Starplex II grease.
Always clean tip of grease gun fitting and grease fitting on machine before attaching
hose to prevent dirt from being forced into machine parts.
