If your Carpet Pro Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up dirt or the suction power is weak, here's what you can do: * First, empty the dust cup. * Second, turn off the unit, unplug it, remove the dust cup filter, and check for any obstructions in the dust cup. Remove any objects you find. * Third, replace the dust cup filter.
