When battery terminals are reverse connected, the fuse will blow to protect appliances.
Overheat Protection
When the heat sink temperature exceeds 45°C, the inner cooling fan will switch on automatically to cool the inverter.
When the internal temperature exceeds 70°C, the AC output will shut off automatically and the ALARM/WARNING light will turn red. The unit
will be unusable for 15 minutes.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING REFERENCE
Acoustic buzzer alarms
When using the inverter with acoustic devices, some inferior acoustic devices will buzz, as the output wave from the inverter is a modied
sine wave inverter.
TV Interference
You can reduce interference to a minimum by using a lter. On occasions when the interference of weak signals becomes too obvious, you
can try the following:
• Place the inverter some distance away from the TV and TV antenna.
• Try to change the direction of the TV signal cable and TV antenna to reduce interference to a minimum.
• Use a high-quality screen cable antenna.
Problem: No output voltage
POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
Battery voltage too low Recharge or replace the battery
Overload Reduce the load
Inverter thermal protection Cool the inverter and position it in a well-ventilated area; Reduce the load
Inverter start-up fail Try starting the inverter again
Reverse polarity connection and fuse melted Replace the fuse with a fuse of equivalent value

Poor contact between battery and inverter Reconnect the battery and inverter
