• Assembletools.
• MakesureyourHeater/AirConditionerisworkingproperlybefore
beginning installation of the thermostat.
• Carefullyunpackthethermostat.Savethescrews,wallanchors,
and instructions.
• TurnothepowertotheHeating/AirConditioningsystematthe
main fuse panel.

Location Considerations
Locate the Fan Coil Series Thermostat Controllers:
• onapartitioningwall,approximately5ft(1.5m)abovetheoorina
location of average temperature.
• awayfromdirectsunlight,radiantheat,outsidewalls,outsidedoors,
air discharge grills, or stairwells; and from behind doors.
• awayfromsteamorwaterpipes,warmairstacks,unconditionedareas
(notheatedorcooled),orsourcesofelectricalinterference.
