DIAGNOSIS AND SOLUTION (CONT.)
J8 (AC power input voltage protection)
Description: An abnormal voltage rise or drop is detected by checking the specified voltage detection circuit.
Recommended parts to prepare:
Wiring
Bridge rectifier
IPM board
Troubleshooting
AC power input voltage protection
Check whether
the power voltage is
normal.
Restart the unit when the power
supply is normal.
NO
Measure the outdoor terminal voltage.
YES
Is it normal?
Is the wiring of the power
wires well connected?
NO
Reconnect the wire well.
Measure the voltage
between L and N.
YES
Is it normal?
Is the L and N wiring
well connected?
NO
Measure the input voltage of
bridge rectier.
YES
Is it normal? NO
Measure the voltage between P and N
is normal, refer to Appendix 3.
YES
Is it normal? NO Replace the bridge rectier.
Check
whether the
bridge rectier
is normal.
Replace the PFC module (if available)

wiring of the reactor
or the inductance.

Reconnect the wiring.

the reactor or inductance
