Indoor air discharge
The 42FMH 020-068 units leave the factory
with the air discharge set to horizontal, as
indicated in Figs. 3, 4 and 5 (Dimensions). It
can be changed to vertical discharge by
following the steps below:
Change from horizontal to vertical
discharge without changing the
position of the motor
a. Detach the side access panels a.
b. Remove the drive belt(s) f (only sizes
42FMH 058/062/068).
c. Unscrew the fans from the brackets d
securing them to the base.
d. Detach the rear panel with the fan outlets
b and the top panel c.
e. Interchange the position of panels b and
c, fastening them correctly to the unit.
f. Bolt the U-bracket e to each fan.
g. Bolt the U-bracket e to the angle iron d
holding the fans to the base.
h. Replace the drive belt(s) and ensure that
the tension is correct (only units 42FMH
058/062/068).
i. Replace the access panels a.
Mandata dell’aria verso l’interno
Le unità 42FMH 020-068 lasciano la fabbrica
con la mandata d’aria verso l’interno rivolta
orizzontalmente, così come si può vedere dal
disegno dimensionale di cui alla Figura 3, 4 e 5.
In caso di necessità la direzione della mandata
può tuttavia essere rivolta anche verso il basso
mettendo in atto la procedura di seguito descritta:
Commutazione della mandata del
ventilatore da orizzontale a verticale
senza alterare la posizione del motore
a. Smontare i pannelli laterali d’accesso a.
b. Smontare la(e) cinghia(e) di trasmissione
f (limitatamente ai modelli 42FMH 058/
062/068).
c. Smontare il ventilatore dai supporti d
svitando le viti che lo fissano al basamento.
d. Smontare il pannello posteriore con le
mandate d’aria b e quello superiore cieco c.
e. Scambiare la posizione dei pannelli b e
c, fissandoli all’apparecchio.
f. Avvitare il supporto ad “U” e a ciascun
ventilatore.
g. Avvitare il supporto ad “U” e
all’angolare d che fissa i ventilatori al
basamento.
h. Rimontare la(e) cinghia(e) di trasmissione
tendendola(e) opportunamente (limitata-
mente ai modelli 42FMH 058/062/068.
i. Rimontare i pannelli d’accesso a.

e. For units 42FMH 030/033/037 change the
motor to the other fan.
f. For units 42FMH 030/033/037 detach the
drive base together with the motor i and
reposition it on the opposite side.
g. Remove the fan pulley h and reposition
it on the other side.
h. Interchange the position of panels b and
c, fastening them correctly to the unit.
i. Bolt the U-bracket e to each fan.
j. Bolt the U-bracket e to the angle iron d
holding the fans to the base.
k. Replace the drive belt(s) and ensure that
the tension is correct.
l. Replace the access panels a.
Commutazione della mandata del
ventilatore da orizzontale a verticale con
alterazione della posizione del motore
a. Smontare i pannelli laterali d’accesso a.
b.
Smontare la(e) cinghia(e) di trasmissione f.
c. Smontare il ventilatore dai supporti d
svitando le viti che lo fissano al basamento.
d. Smontare il pannello posteriore con le man-
date d’aria b e quello superiore cieco c.
e. Scambiare la posizione del motore, limitata-
mente ai modelli 42FMH 030/033/037.
f. Nel caso di modelli di maggior grandezza
(42FMH 030/033/037), smontare la base
della trasmissione assieme al motore i e
riposizionare il tutto sul lato opposto.
g. Smontare la puleggia del ventilatore h e
rimontarla sul lato opposto.
h. Scambiare la posizione dei pannelli b e
c, fissandoli bene all’apparecchio.
i. Avvitare il supporto ad “U” e a ciascun
ventilatore.
j. Avvitare il supporto ad “U” e all’angolare
d che fissa i ventilatori al basamento.
k. Rimontare la(e) cinghia(e) di trasmissione
tendendola(e) opportunamente.
l. Rimontare i pannelli d’accesso a.
