If your Carrier Air Conditioner is not cooling or heating the room well despite airflow, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the temperature setting is appropriate. Also, make sure that doors and windows are closed to prevent outside air from affecting the unit's performance. Finally, the compressor might be under a 3-minute protection mode, in which case, simply wait.
