  Alert A019 on your Carrier Air Conditioner indicates an MBB clock failure, meaning the RTC clock chip on the MBB is not responding. Automatic recovery is possible, but MBB board replacement might be necessary. Before replacing the board, try cycling power to the control and reconfiguring the time and date.
