Replace the outdoor control PCB.
No
Check if the fastening screws
on the PCB and IPM heat sink
are secure and tight.
Tighten the screws and apply
silicon grease.
Check if the air ow systems
of the indoor and outdoor units
are obstructed.
Clear up the air inlet and outlet or the heat
exchanger of the indoor and outdoor units.
Turn o the power supply.
Wait 10 minutes then turn back on.
Check if the compressor top
temperature is higher than 90°C.
No
Check if all the connections, especially
the connection of the OLP (Over Load
Protector) sensor is good.
No
Check the connections.
Check if the refrigerant system
is normal.
Measure the resistance
between the two points of OLP.
It is zero?
Replace the OLP.
Replace the outdoor control PCB.
Repair the refrigerant system.
