FAIL SAFE ADJUSTMENT
1. Set the steering stick (CH 2) to the neutral position.
2. Turn on the transmitter and receiver.
3. Press the F/S SET button, the LED on the receiver will start to
flash.
4. Put the throttle trigger at the brake position, press the “F/S SET
button, the LED should become solid.
5. For electric models, put the throttle trigger at the neutral posi-
tion when you are making the failsafe setting.
EXPLANATION OF THE FUNCTIONS
The settings are altered via the “ENTER, “ ” and “ ” buttons.
Press “ENTER” and then
/ to choose the desired model.
There are 15 model memories available, which are shown on the
display with the numbers 1-15.
Press “ENTER” to reach the desired setting.
The following functions can be selected:
Setting “CHANNEL“ (channel selection)
Press / to chose the desired channel for which the settings are
to be made.
Setting “REV” (reverse servo direction of
rotation)
Press / and select either ON or OFF.
Function only available for channel 1-4 !!
Setting D/R (dual rate)
Dual rate increases or reduces the servo travel proportionally in
relation to the control lever travel over the entire servo travel.
Press
/ to alter the dual rate setting.
A value in the range 0 -100% can be selected.
Setting “EPA” (servo travel limiting)
The EPA function allows the servo travel (left/right) to be adjusted
separately.
Move the joystick appropriate to the selected channel in the
direction for which a setting is to be made.
The display indicates “L-EPA” or “EPA-R.
The desired value can be adjusted via
/ in the range 0 - 120%.
Setting EXP (exponential)
This function allows a different curve to be selected for the servo
travel. As a result, the input command of the remote control is no
longer transmitted linearly 1:1 but in an exponential curve instead.
Through this one obtains a “softer touch” at the servo at the start or
in the end range.
Press
/ and choose a value of either -100% or +100%.
Press “Back” to return to the initial screen.
All newly entered values are then stored automatically.
Reset function
This function allows all functions to be reset to their factory settings.
Turn off the transmitter
Press and hold the “Back” button and turn on the remote control
Release the “Back” button, after which the display shows
”DEL Model”
Confirm with the “Enter” button
One beep “2x beep” confirms the deletion
Turn off the transmitter to conclude the reset function
