What to do if my Carter Compact Excavator does not move?

  If your Carter Compact Excavator isn't moving, there could be several reasons. First, check the hydraulic oil level and add enough if it's low, ensuring the main pump can draw oil. A blocked oil filter could also be the culprit, so change the filter and clean the system. Other potential issues include a damaged engine coupling (replace it), a damaged main pump (repair or replace it), low or zero servo system pressure (adjust to regular pressure, clean or replace servo overflow valve components), a safety valve set at low pressure or stuck (adjust pressure, clean or replace valve components), or a damaged oil suction pipe (replace it).

How to reduce noise from structural components in my Carter CT08?

  Excessive noise in the structural components of your Carter Compact Excavator may be caused by loose fasteners. Inspect and tighten them. Alternatively, it could be due to abrasion between the bucket and the end face of the bucket rod. In this case, adjust the clearance to less than 1mm.

  Bucket teeth falling off your Carter Compact Excavator during operation might be because of a deformed spring or weakened elasticity of the bucket tooth pin; change the bucket tooth pin. It could also be due to an unmatched bucket tooth pin and seat; in this case, change the bucket tooth pin as well.
