5. Cut the packaging tape on the front edge of the box so that you can lay the box edge flat. This is to allow
the chair to be rolled forward off the base box. As the front edge of the base box is held upright with
tape only, the box may be easily used again if necessary for re-boxing by re-applying packaging tape
where cut.
6. (Solo Removal) Roll chair out of box. Refer to the following diagram for reference. The chair may be
tilted back until the center of gravity is resting on the rear wheels. Roll the chair out of the box and gently
bring back to the ground. Use care not to damage the plastic cover at the rear of the chair.
The chair can now be removed from the base box via two methods. Refer to Step 6 for solo removal of
the chair from the base box, or skip to Step 7 for two-person removal.

3. Remove top protection board (use caution for any sharp edges), packing materials, and accessories bag
from chair.

3. Lift footrest off of seat and remove plastic wrapping from around chair.
Next, you will notice that the massage chair is shipped on a cardboard tray or base box.
